1.   What are the payment methods available?

At the moment, we only accept Bank transfer payments via/to TransferWise as well as PayPal.

 

 

TransferWise only accepts money in four currencies;

 

1.   AUD from any bank account in Australia

2.   USD from any bank account in the US

3.   GBP from any bank account in the UK

4.   EUR from any back account in SEPA (Single Euro payment area).

The use of PayPal will incur an additional 3% charge (on the advertised price) due to the currency conversion- unless you're paying in AUD, in which case, no extra charge will be applied. 

 


 

 2. Can I pay using TransferWise without a TransferWise account?

Yes! The truth is you DO NOT need a TransferWise account in order to make a payment through TransferWise.

 

Without a TransferWise account, all you need is a Bank account.

 

By using TransferWise, we can process and deliver your orders to you in a shorter time. It is an especially easy and secure method to make a payment online. NO account needed.

 


 

3.  How do I make a payment using TransferWise? How does it work?

Once you have sent your order email through, we will send you our corresponding account details for you to transfer the money like any other bank transaction.

It's merely a bank transfer without the expense of the middle-man!

 4. Do I pay fees using TransferWise?

 No-one pays any fees.

 


 

5. Is my personal information kept private?

Any information that you share with us is private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information.

 

TransferWise has a strict regulatory and safety policy;

‘TransferWise is an authorised Electronic Money Institution regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK.
We are obliged to have controls in place under the UK Electronic Money Regulations 2011 to safeguard and protect customer funds. We're required by law to keep your money safe by storing it in a low-risk financial institution (in Europe this is in our UK Barclays Bank accounts).
We fulfil rigorous regulatory standards in the UK, Europe, Federal and State Regulators in the US, and every country we operate in.’
